Post Details & Eligibility:

IIT Mandi Assistant Professor (Civil) Recruitment 2025, the essential qualification will be Ph. D. in relevant subject with first class in preceding degree and a very good academic record throughout.

Assistant Professor Grade I

·         Eligibility:             Ph. D. with First class preceding degree

·         Pay Scale:            Level 12, Cell 1 (Starting Basic Pay Rs.1,01,500/-)

·         Experience:        At least 3 years of post PhD experience in relevant industrial/ research/teaching (excluding the experience gained while pursuing PhD.).

Assistant Professor Grade II

·         Eligibility:           Ph. D. with First class preceding degree

·         Pay Scale:            Level 10, Cell 14 (Starting Basic Pay Rs. 84,700/-)

                                     Level 11, Cell 10 (Starting Basic Pay Rs. 89,900/-) 

                                     Level 11, Cell 11 (Starting Basic Pay Rs. 92,600/-)

·         Experience:        Candidates with Post PhD experience less than 3 years

                                    (i.e. Fresh Ph.D., Ph.D.+1 year Experience, and Ph.D.+ 2 years Experience)
