3	Junior Lecturers- Management	(i) Consistently high academic record with 55% and above.  (ii) Master’s degree in Business Administration/Economics from an Institute/University of repute with 55% or above.  (iii) Two years Practical or Teaching Experience.  (iv) Desirable:  M.Phil./CAIIB  or Doctorate degree.
4	Junior Lecturers- Cooperative Law	(i) Consistently high academic record 55% and above.  (ii) Ist Class bachelor’s degree in law or LLM degree with 55% or above.  (iii) Two years experience in teaching/practice of cooperative law/banking law.

Age Criteria for HPSCB Recruitment 2025 as on 01.01.2025

• Age of Candidate should be 18 to 30 years.
• The candidates born between 02.01.1995 and 01.01.2007 (both days inclusive) are eligible. 
•  For H.P. Government employees, age relaxation will be as per Government’s instructions issued from time to time. 

Selection Procedure for HPSCB Recruitment 2025

Selection for Post of Junior Engineer (Civil) and Junior Lecturer in Himachal Pradesh Cooperative Bank (HPSCB) Recruitment 2025 shall me made through Single Phase Online Examination followed by Interview.

Examination Pattern :

•  Exam shall be conducted ONLINE mode in SINGLE PHASE.

SYLLABUS : 

The level of examination and syllabus for examination shall be in accordance with the minimum level of educational qualification criteria provided for the post.

 Cut off percentage in written examination/test:

The minimum qualifying marks (Cut Off) in the online examination will be 50% of total marks prescribed for written test. The candidates upto three times of the posts advertised will be called for interview, on the basis of merit secured in written examination.
